"I want to express my appreciation to the support team there at Infusion. Our office recently purchased the system to upgrade office efficiency. From day one, the support has been above outstanding! We were given a wonderful tour of the system by phone, introduced to the training videos and the weekly call-in support.

Of course we jumped in with a teleseminar project which required surveys, forms, sales, emails, etc. Every piece of putting this project together was supported by the Infusion Team! Every time we ran into a snag, the support team was there to get us back on track. The dedicated staff there went way above and beyond expectations to assist us with some of the time sensitive parts of our project, on occasion, even stayed late to make sure our piece went out flawlessly.
