| "I honestly can't stop thinking how great of an investment InfusionCRM is. Sure it's a bigger investment than other systems but it's also the most intuitive, easy to use, and sophisticated solution out there. You really do get what you pay for. With other systems I've used I would wait for phone support for almost an hour, but with Infusion I'm usually done, up and running in half that or less. The support is no short of awesome! I'm really not exaggerating. Whenever I call Infusion support about any problem, big or small, they're always so patient and eager to help. A lot of times they even fix my problems FOR me or in the least point me in the right direction and wait until I figure things out. Plus, they often follow up with me via email to make sure everything turned out okay. Even with my initial merchant account difficulties, the Infusion team extended themselves and spent countless hours helping me find workarounds and solutions. They even were in contact with the merchant account company directly! Are these guys that crazy that they spend that much time helping ONE customer?! guess they are... no wonder they claim they have "fanatical" support. But enough about the people behind the product. They not only have great people, they have THE best system out there for complete and intelligent automation. All aspects of my business can be combined, tracked, and organized in one interface. It's honestly hard to believe, but Infusion actually updates the CRM with fixes and MORE features about every month... these guys never stand still. Marketing has never really been my thing mostly because my ideas were too complicated to make a reality without spending thousands on hiring programmers to develop custom software or paying for 4 separate systems that never "talk" to one another. I always worked the hard manual-labor way chasing leads and it never worked. Now people are chasing me because I have the systems in place to do the work for me. To be honest, I didn't know the kinds of things that can be automated to save me time and money while making my customers feel valued. The typical automation I was familiar with were basic auto-responders that sounded great on its own, but once I saw what I CAN do with InfusionCRM, I realized how trivial those auto-responders are when used alone. Now with InfusionCRM, automation isn't only for the big boys anymore. A small business like mine can use web, email, voice, fax, print, and mail all under one software "roof." Honestly, you won't know how valuable this is until you try it and see for yourself. I brag to colleagues and friends about how amazing InfusionCRM is and I love seeing their eyes pop out when I tell them what I can do with an action sequence or marketing campaign. It gives me that warm fuzzy feeling that I made the right decision. Finally my business can grow faster than my imagination! Thank you Infusion, keep doing what you're doing!" |
