Operations

The primary role of the Operations Department is to facilitate the Infusionsoft Dream, Vision, Purpose, and Mission by first and foremost ensuring that the organization is healthy, vibrant, and thriving. The Operations Team accomplishes its mission by identifying where significant business improvements can be made in our processes, systems, and technology. Members of our team concentrate on:

• Applying lean thinking principles to eliminate defects and organizational “slow downs”
• Streamlining inter-departmental and intra-departmental communication systems
• Managing all projects that incorporate processes, systems, and technology

If your strengths include strategic planning and thinking, assessing business practices, creating new processes, and implementing business improvements, then you would make a fantastic addition to the Operations Team.
